SiteOS by ELEVEN22SPX
The brain of your facility.
SiteOS connects the cameras, location tags, robots, energy meters and security sensors you already have into one live 3D model of your site, so your team sees everything in one place and decides what to do.
- Cameras: the CCTV you already own spots people, vehicles and risks.
- People: location tags show who is on site and where.
- Assets and energy: see what each machine is doing and what it uses.
- Robots and drones: patrols and checks, sent from the model.
- Command centre: the whole site on one screen. A person decides.
Simulated scene: the whole terminal at work from above: trucks at the gate, a forklift, workers, the tanker at the jetty, a drone on patrol.
The problem
Too many systems. No single picture.
Most sites run their cameras, alarms, people and energy in separate systems, so nobody sees the whole site at once.
- Video sits in one system, apart from everything else.
- Alarms and door access raise alerts in another.
- People, assets and energy live in apps and spreadsheets.
- SiteOS brings them together in one live model of the site.
Simulated scene: the site's systems apart: ground, buildings, cameras and sensors, people and assets lifted over each other.
01 · Cameras and AI
Your cameras become sensors.
An AI model on your own servers watches each camera and turns what it sees into events on the model, without naming anyone.
- A camera you already own sends its video over RTSP or ONVIF.
- The AI model finds people, vehicles and forklifts in every frame.
- It checks each worker: a hard hat and a high-visibility vest.
- It checks the place: a no-go zone, a forklift too close to a person.
- The event lands on the 3D model, with the camera that saw it.
- A person decides: acknowledge it, send someone, or call.
Simulated scene: what the warehouse's wall camera sees: workers boxed by the AI model, their hard hats and vests checked, the forklift's lane.
02 · People and labour tracking
Know where every person is.
Location tags on workers and vehicles put everyone on the live model, so you know who is on site, where they are and whether they are safe.
- Tags on workers and vehicles show where they are on the model.
- Each zone shows how many people are in it right now.
- Walking into a no-go area raises an alert, by tag number, not by name.
- Dwell time shows how long each tag has stayed in a zone.
- Replay any shift to see who was where, and when.
- An SOS from a tag starts a response timer; evacuations get a live roll call.
Simulated scene: every worker's tag on the model, zone headcounts and the no-go area.
03 · Assets and energy
See what every asset uses.
Meters and machine data feed the same model, so you see the state and energy use of each asset and spot waste early.
- Energy meters and machines connect over MQTT or Modbus.
- Each asset shows its power now, against its own normal level.
- Unusual load is flagged, like a pump drawing more than usual.
- Cost and CO2 are worked out for each asset, each day.
- Maintenance flags show on the asset, where the team will see them.
Simulated scene: the tank farm and the pump house tinted by their load, a pump drawing more than usual.
04 · Robots and drones
Robots and drones, sent from the model.
Ground robots and drones patrol and inspect the site from the same model, and each task names the person who approved it.
- A person picks a patrol or a check on the model.
- The task names who approved it: an order, or a standing approval.
- The robot and the drone send their position and video back.
- If the link drops, the robot stops where it is.
Simulated scene: a four-legged robot walking its patrol along the tank farm, a drone escorting it overhead.
05 · Command and control
The whole facility on one screen.
The command centre puts what needs attention, the 3D model, people, assets and robots on one screen, so your team sees the whole site at once.
- What needs a person comes first, at the top of the list.
- The 3D model shows where it is happening, live.
- Cameras, people, assets and robots share the same screen.
- Replay any shift on the timeline to see what happened.
Simulated scene: the whole facility from high over the land side, every feed going to one model.
06 · Protect · defense and protected sites
A drone overhead. A person decides.
For bases and protected sites, radar, radio and camera sensors are joined into one drone track, and a person decides what happens next.
- Radar, radio sensors and cameras each pick up the drone.
- SiteOS joins them into one track on the model.
- It shows the kind of drone and where it is heading.
- A person decides: keep watching, or send a team.
Simulated scene: the sensor mast on the quay, a small drone coming in over the sea.
07 · How it works
Your sensors, your servers, one model.
SiteOS runs on your own servers, cut off from the internet if you need it, and connects to the equipment you already own.
- Sensors you own: cameras, tags, meters, robots and radar.
- SiteOS runs on your own servers, on premises or fully air-gapped.
- One live model of the site brings every feed together.
- People decide what happens, in the command centre.
Simulated scene: the sensors' feeds going to the site's own servers in the control building.
08 · Who it is for · who builds it
Built for sites where safety comes first.
SiteOS is made by ELEVEN22SPX, a defense technology company, for sites where safety and security matter most.
- Fuel and energy terminals, ports, airports and airbases.
- Power and water sites, data centres and logistics hubs.
- Bases and other protected sites.
- Made by ELEVEN22SPX, a defense technology company.
- With companies in Cyprus (EU) and the United States.
Simulated scene: the terminal at golden hour.

SiteOS detects and tracks drones. It does not operate countermeasures: any response is decided and carried out by people with the legal authority to act, under the law where the site is.
